As of today this is the sign in our front yard!! Because we never officially listed our house we never had a sign in our yard. I was able to tell our 3 neighbors that we wanted to tell in the past couple of days but for everybody else in the neighborhood I am sure this came as a surprise. Nothing like a sign and a contract pending sign all in 1 day!!! We are so excited!
