We will replace the windows, paint and get new shutters.

Entry way
All (every room in the house has it) of the paneling on the bottom of the walls will be removed. All (every room) of the wallpaper will be removed and the popcorn ceilings scraped. Everything will be re textured and painted. All of the wood in the house will be re stained darker and all of the light fixtures will be replaced.
Straight ahead is the living room
The whole house will be hardwoods except for the bathrooms, kitchen and breakfast area and the hall way from the garage to the kitchen
Off of the living room is the sun room which will be the boys play room
We will leave the brick paver floor which I love and will just add a huge area rug for the boys to play on.
Another angle of the sun room. The french doors on the right leads to our master bedroom
Looking from the sun room back to the living room
If you take a left from the entryway it takes you to the dining room
Another angle of the dining room from the kitchen
Love the ceiling.
If you take a right from the entry way it takes you down a hall to the bedrooms and office
The first door on the right is the office.
I don't know why I only took a picture of half of it. On the left wall are built in book cases. The windows look out to the front yard. I love the ceiling in there except we will remove the fluorescent lights
If you continue down that hall you dead in into this bedroom. This will be the guest room for now until we separate the boys.
If you take a left this is the hallway to the other bedroom and bathroom and it dead ends into the master bedroom
Everything goes in here. We will re texture, paint and add granite counter tops.
Next is what will be the boys room
At the end of that hallway is the master bedroom
Lots of room which I am excited about because our cream sofa and chair will be able to go in there!!
This will be completely gutted. New shower and tub. Granite on the counter tops.
Another angle
The wall will have to be sheet rocked to close in that lattice work
The steps up to the bathtub will be taken out
There is a huge skylight in there!! I love all of the natural light this house has.
The kitchen and breakfast area is off of the dining room
All of the wood will be restained. The countertops will be granite.
This area will be tiled.
The french doors lead to a covered patio. This is going to be a great place to sit outside and drink coffee!! We will add an outdoor kitchen eventually.
This is the side yard off of that covered patio.
If you take a right in the breakfast area it leads you to the laundry room
We will change out the flourescent light and put a granite countertop and new sink in there. Behind the door is TONS of storage and a built in ironing board. So excited about that!!
Another angle of the kitchen from the sink
The wall separates another counter space area that will be our coffee and wine bar. It also has a sink. We will replace all appliances and to the left of the stove is a trash compactor that we will replace with a beverage refrigerator.
Another angle of the coffee bar from the garage.
On the right where the lattice(which will be torn out) is is the den
This will be Greg's hunting room. On the left hand side is a door going to the laundry room. I think the ceiling is really cool and will look great will all of Greg's hunting pictures.
This is the powder bath across from the coffee bar
The countertops will be granite.
This is a small part of the back yard. We have huge trees and another side yard back there. We will be able to put up a wrought iron gate so that when the boys are playing back there or when we have company the dogs will be able to have their own space.
So there it is. 3500 sq ft and not one inch of it will be the same. Our contractors have their work cut out for them...........We are so excited!!!
